Marhaba! If you want to learn the beautiful Arabic language, you’ve come to the right place. Arabic8020 aims to make the journey of learning Arabic a smoother, more efficient one.

Arabic8020 was set up by a long-time student of the Arabic language and a Professor with 20+ years’ experience in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. This unique founding team based in Egypt is what sets us apart. On one hand, Abdirahman has been studying Arabic for 3 years; coming from the West and as a non-native Arabic speaker he understands first hand some of the challenges students face. On the other hand, there is Dr Ebrahim Saeed who has vast experience in the Arabic language (PHD level) and a genuine passion for teaching.

Our goal is to use our shared experiences to guide new students to learn Arabic in the most optimal way by applying the 80/20 principle. We do this in a simple way: we first talk to students, map out their objectives and then match them with a qualified teacher who follows a personalized learning plan. The student and teacher focus their efforts on what will produce the best results.
